Four days? What I'm about to tell you will blow your mind. The standard wait time for assets to be reviewed is 8 weeks. Some contributors have been waiting even longer. Lucky contributors have their assets reviewed within a day or two, but there is no guarantee. If you are waiting to have only one asset reviewed, keep submitting new assets while you wait until your limit, which is usually 51 for new contributors. If you post one asset at a time and wait for it to be reviewed before submitting another, it could take you years to develop a substantial portfolio. Depending on the quality and demand for your assets, you will need at least 500 to 2000 assets before you start seeing a reasonable number of sales. Welcome to stock.

Surely you saw the message when you submitted your assets that wait time can be up to 8 weeks??? In fact, many images are reviewed quicker than 8 weeks, but there are also many Contributors reporting that they've waited for months. Review time is unpredictable, and there's nothing we can do to hasten the review of our assets. Be patient.
