my illustration rejected

hi my illustration  i dont know why , i am asking this question because same like that illustration been sold and now its rejected 

you can see my first image rejected and 2nd one is sold i dont

 i dont know why can anyone help?

What was the rejection reason?

Maybe because of duplicate content.  The images are identical except for the flags which anyone can change.  Adobe doesn't like duplicate content.

Adobe told you why! You need to tell us the reason they gave you! All other is guesswork.
