Shame on you Adobe Stock. I'm vector artist exclusive for Istockphoto and today I found lots of my vectors for sale here as PNG files. User is "Made By Raja"
Here is one of stole images at Istock:

And here the stolen images at "Made By Raja" portfolio. Almost all thief's portfolio consists of my vectors.

Dozens of my files in the thief's portfolio.
Adobe, please do something and shutdown entire portfolio of this "artist"
You need to file a copyright complaint as described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/how-to-report-suspected-misuse-of-your-intellectual-property.html.
Adobe will by then take action and investigate. If your claim is proven true, the contributor will be banned.
I see that the account is banned now. The reaction was fast as I expected.
Thanks Adobe and I hope I don't have to do this again. Two times is enough.

Adobe will, when your complaint passes the first hurdle, suspend temporary the account and then investigate further. As I haven't made a complaint until now, I have no idea about how fast the complaint gets treated, but I suppose that Adobe will react quite fast, as it engages the responsibility of Adobe in such cases.

Adobe relies on the honesty of the Contributors who must certify that they have full rights to the IP of every asset they upload; however they do take claims of IP theft very seriously, and will take immediate action once you report the stolen images at the link provided by @Abambo

Adobe takes those problems very serious.
The problem is, that you will always find people thinking it is smart to steal, repackage and publish. The difficulty is to find the assets. As soon as you have them, it's a small step.

Glad to hear that Adobe took immediate action; they do take such matters very seriously. I just wish they could find a way to permanently ban such cheaters!

I have a feeling this is not a one-guy operation. More like a team of pirates working from offshore boiler rooms where nobody can touch them. 😞

From one contributor to another, I'm sorry you are going through this. I'm glad to hear that the accounts were taken down swiftly both times.
