Image is out of focus, lacking contrast, has color fringing around the edges, and subject is unidentifiable.

I can't imagine what this is supposed to represent.  Before submitting images to Adobe Stock ask yourself a couple of important questions.

     1. Would I buy this image?

     2. What would I use it for?

If the answer is "I don't know," it's probably not right for Stock.
