My photos just disappeared after I bought a plan

Hi,

I always use the same email in Adobe Account and I've uploaded some photos to Adobe Stock. My profile is https://stock.adobe.com/br/contributor/207687662/felipe?load_type=author&prev_url=detail , but now I can't see or access my photos.

It seems to be with other contributor ID but I don't know why, because I always use the same email.

Where is my photos? Please can anyone help me? How can I talk to the offical support?

Thanks in advance.

Could you re-login or try another browser (or clear cache)? I can see some photos in your portfolio.

I also can see photos in that portfolio, but in my account Adobe does not show me that photos as mine.

I can tell you what I see - the author is "Felipe". Maybe you could double-check if you are using the same e-mail 🙂 (one I day used a "google login" and ended up with another account :). If everything is ok you may want to ask the support about it because from my end I don't see your e-mail and stuff. Or you can wait to see if someone had a similar problem in the past.

I've already said that I always use the same email.

There is a issue in my account. How can I get a official support?

There is a link in the footer of your portfolio page.

When I go to the contributor page I see ZERO downloads (lifetime filter active), and ZERO availabe earnings (but I've already sold 2 photos).

When I click on My Portfolio the opened link is https://stock.adobe.com/contributor/undefined/Felipe . Notice the UNDEFINED in the link.... But it is now that I linked my Google Account, because just before that my contributor ID in the portfolio link was different than 207687662.

When prompted clear cached data and cookies.

This should log you out of Adobe.

Log-in again manually (not Google) with your proper ID and password.

Hope that helps.
