This image is rotated.  Did you submit a rotated image?

Apart from the poor focus, image should be correctly oriented before you submit to Adobe Stock.

 

Incorrectly held iPhone and iPad cameras produce rotated images.  To avoid this problem, volume buttons should be pointing down.  While Apple devices have built-in correction software to compensate for it, the web and other devices do not.

Please correct image rotation in Photoshop/Lightroom and remove Apple's metadata (EXIF) from images before saving.
