Hello,
Unfortunately, the bird is too small. It will have no commercial value.

Hello ricky336.
Thank you very much for your advice.
I'm sorry my explanation is not enough about this case. I also understand the size is small.
The bird is the meaning of salt on it.
The title of the picture is "A morning forest of Yamadaike Lake." which means I am not willing to focus on the bird; my aim is on the forest. The reject reason was some technical issues on it. I want to figure out the technical issues with my pictures.
If anything, please advise me.
Sincerely,

The bird is not in sharp focus! What is the actual subject? The forest, the bird? Technical reasons include composition, focus, etc. I'm afraid that the composition is not that good. What is the person supposed to focus on?
How could this be used commercially? For stock, 'commercial' is the keyword.
Have a read of this from Adobe about how to create better photos:

and this. It's a brief guide on image quality:

Hello ricky336
Thank you for your advice. I will think the composition also is in the area of technical issues from now. I thought the technical issue might not include the composition problem. It's wrong.
As you say, If the subject is the forest, the composition problem happens. If the subject of the bird,
It was not sharp and too small. The technical issues happen.
I suppose got something way to judge my pictures
At last, thank you very much for the second content to help me.
I want to close this case.
Sincerely,

It seems you are making art. It is nice art, but Adobe Stock is not an art gallery. You need to submit commercial photography of the highest technical quality, suitable for advertising.

Thank you very much for your advice. I am roaming to find a way to make commercial photography now. But I didn't find yet.
To find it, I will take anything as possible as I can.
