My work is being reupload by someone else

Just now i found out that my work has been stolen and reupload by another account.. 90++ of my work has been reupload by this thief.

For example, this is one of my work:

I have send email to adobe about this.. and waiting for a reply now. I hope they act fast.

I also found another contributor's work in the thief account. Might as well check if your work is in there..

I just don't understand of how this moron passed the review process by the adobe stock team?
