Need advice on what "technical issues" they are referring to. Thanks!

Morning. Had several photos rejected and all it says is "technical issues".  So any feedback is greatly appreciated.

There are 3 different photos . . . so welcome all comments.

The first two is exposure. Both are under exposed.

The intent on the first was silhouette.  How does one properly submit silhouetted photos?

I understand the issues on the 2nd.  Any thoughts on the 3rd?

The first image is indeed severely under-exposed; there is no detail whatsoever in the black area, so it appears unrecoverable. The second image also suffers from soft focus, so is also non repairable. I can't see much wrong with the 3rd image other than perhaps a bit of chromatic aberration.

The first was intended to be silhouetted. So by nature underexposed, actually adjusted in post.  How are you supposed to upload silhouetted images?

I understand the comments on the 2nd.  I am still confused on the 3rd.  I have 2 others that are similar awaiting review.  So we shall see.
