Even if the rejection is "to general" you did get a rejection reason. Please state that one here.

Looking at the picture, the reason is probably "Technical Errors" In the histogram for your picture, the blacks are missing completely.
The biggest problem, however is to much sharpening:
Because of this extensive sharpening, you see artefact apearing like that border around the frost. Sharpening does not make a picture that is out of focus sharper. It may enhance pictures if applied in limits.
Those pattern on the leaves are also an indication of oversharpening. The washed out colours for the rest of the leave are an indication of agressive noise reduction.
