Welcome @Andy Garcia . The first image with the calla lily has several technical issues. The blossom of the calla lily is overexposed, but the shadows of the shrubs behind it are underexposed. The horizon isn't level so it looks odd seeing the buildings leaning at such an angle. There is noise in the background of your image and there is a halo around the calla lily blossom. I also think the colours are oversaturated.
Before submitting your images, it helps to review them at 100% - 200%

Regarding the other photo, the vehicle would have copyright protection and you would need a property release from the automobile manufacturer (which they will not give you.) Because the house is also very distinctive looking, you should also get a property release from the owner. If it is your house, you would still submit the release form. This image is also a bit underexposed and needs the shadows lifted (especially by the big tree so you can see the detail of the leaves.)

As a side note, photographs of flowers are very well represented in Adobe Stock with millions of images. However, taking photos of flowers are a great way to improve your skills with your camera and post processing. Just be aware, if you do get flower photos accepted, you probably won't be making many sales because of the competition. Your images would have to offer something different for the buyers compared to the many, many technically perfect images already in the catalogue.
I hope this helps. Better luck with your future submissions.
