I follow all guidelines for ai images but now I purchased a service where I can upload to multiple stock sites at the same time. I wonder if anyone have experience with this and if the check box for ai generated images will be auto clicked so i dont run into trouble.

You'll have to sort that out with the service that purports to be able to submit images properly.

If the service is reactive, they will do that, but here you will find answers to Adobe's way to upload your assets. You should ask your service provider if they do what needs to be done.
