New to this. Images keep getting rejected, and I'm not sure why

Hello,

I'm new to shooting for stock purposes, and I'd like to do more of it. My images keep getting rejected. Will someone please give me constructive feedback on why this image was rejected and how to correct in the future?

Thank you

The photo needs to be sharpened, the green removed and it needs some contrast.

I'm stll not sure that it will pass.

The image is lacking in contrast and too much is out of focus. There are already millions of floral images in the database, and any new ones need to be perfect.
