Nice, however, the shadows are a little dark  and the top of the flag is cut off.

You also have other artefacts with this picture. It's a nice picture, however, I fear you'll have more quality issues that you can fix here.

Underexposed, over saturated, soft focus, magenta tinge in the clouds.

There is no detail left over (hair, plants) and the image is lacking contrasts. I've seen colour artefacts in this region:

There is a white line around the objects.

The cause for this is the sharpening, probably after the noise reduction.

The highlights are missing (right of the histogram)

… and the picture shows oversaturated colours.

It's awful, I like the picture and it's a great idea. But the technical errors make it not acceptable to stock.

(Extra note - this would also need a Model Release, but that is NOT the cause of rejection in this case).

Interesting. I may be wrong, but I thought that a model who could identify themselves would need a model release, whatever part of them is visible. The unique situation (setting and flag, jumping) seems to me to mean that the model could identify themselves. But the "open mouth" pic is interesting. This is surely a carefully staged shot; the model would know exactly who they were, at least if the white material was actually in the photo. So by the rules I would try to follow, a release would be required (indeed, required for every staged shot). But Adobe's picture examples suggest otherwise.

For most of the part, the requirements are floating. The gentleman would certainly recognize himself, but he probably would have a hard time proving that it is him. If you have a model release, great. If you do not have …

try it.
