Hi, I'm wondering why there have been no downloads at all of my images from May instead of  the montly usual handful as  from last year when I subscribed with Adobe Stock; the only income reported is the estabilished reward for one image I agreed to put in AdobeFree collection at the end of June. Can somebody suggest me something about this strange situation?

Thank you very much.

Ciao

In order to maintain a certain level of sales, you need to be regularly adding new images to your Portfolio. I understand that older images are pushed down in the ranking of what is shown to Buyers when they search. A beautiful vineyard scene that I sold numerous times in my first 2 years on Adobe Stock barely gets noticed now. You might also want to take some time reviewing and improving the titles and keywords on your images to be sure that Buyers can find them.

Why is that a strange situation? Except if you are in the thousands of sales each month, you will see always periods of slower sales depending on your ranking. Images get less attractive with time and new images arriving.
