No idea!

Hi

I uploaded 138 photos and then suddenly Adobe Stock stopped assessing, so I went to the Help page and the Help page directed me to Customer Services.

The Customer Service official had no idea there was even an organisation called Adobe Stock.

I gave them the internet link but they juts said go away and try Contributor Help.

So I am back her after getting nowhere - except to discover that Adobe have not trained their customer service staff properly.

One of the statements made by the customer service official was:

'I can see that you do not have an asset called Adobe Stock and you are not authorised to accept or reject photos.'

What a joke and a complete waster of time.
