No Response from Adobe Stock Support – Account Blocked Since Feb 11

Community Beginner ,

Hello,

My Adobe Stock contributor account was blocked on February 11, 2025, and today is March 3, 2025, but I still have not received any response from Adobe regarding my appeal.

Previously, when I contacted support, I would receive a case number within seconds, but this time, I have not received any confirmation or reply. I have checked all folders, including spam/junk, but there is no response.

I understand that some contributors have to wait for months, but I would like to know if there is any way to follow up on my case or if there is a specific timeframe I should wait.

If any proof or additional information is needed, I am ready to provide it. Please let me know how I can proceed.

When my account was blocked, I received the following generic response without any specific reason:

"Hello,

Your account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account. These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity.

For more information on why your account has been blocked, and your appeals options, see the Submission Guidelines.

Regards,
Adobe Contributor Relations"

I would really appreciate any guidance on how to proceed further.

Thank you.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
