Hello! I haven't sold anything for three weeks, at first I wasn't visible at all from other viewing media, now I'm there, but there are no sales. I have 3200 works there, I don't know what to do. Advise me what to do if you had such an experience. It takes a lot of time, and there is no joy now

I'm also new here and my experience not indicative of anything. But I find your issue interesting and think the best we can do is compare notes, and even that is relative, given that demand for specific work is the main sale driver.
Ive been here almost 6 months, currently have about 1600 photos and 70 videos. A few weeks ago I had one week with no sales. The sales are going up, and the last month the trend is an average of 12 images per week.
Can you share more details on what your sales trend was before this dive?

This is the first time for me. It all started with a name conflict, I was not visible at all. I changed my name, but the sales disappeared. I sold regularly, little by little. I have a lot of AI and few live photos. As an additional income, it is even fun

WOW! Thanks for the offer. I mostly have AI, but I will appreciate it. Just don't criticize too much, otherwise I will cry:)))

You have an interesting variety of assets, but your titles, and presumably keywords are inadequate. We can't see your actual keywords. Insufficient titles and keywords are affecting the discoverability of your assets in the buyer portal.
"Egg tartare" doesn't describe the first asset below adequately. It should be something like "a mound of steak tartare topped by a raw egg on a rustic stone platter strewn with herbs and edible flowers"
the second asset also needs a more descriptive title. You uploaded several variations and gave them all the exact same title. The glass is not blue. Better title: two blown glass gold-rimmed short-stemmed martini glasses
the third asset isn't an oil, painting and you don't need to state where it might be used (hotel). You haven't described the contents at all.
the fourth asset is also inadequately described. You should describe the sculpture (probably not a monument) and the setting.
If English isn't your strongest language, enter keywords in your primary language.

Thank you very much for the hint, I will definitely fix all this. It is really difficult for me to come up with names and descriptions, I always take from what Adobe itself offers

Study each asset and describe every aspect of it in words! "Egg" and "tartare" are only 2 of the features of that first image.

While it doesn't directly explain a lack of sales, a grouping like this (which is only about half of the total examples) basically counts as only one image due to the similarity (and a couple that are virtually identical). I'd cull this down drastically. I also noticed a couple of women that were described as having freckles when they in fact don't, which suggest you are relying on your AI prompt to incorrectly describe your assets in some cases.

Thank you Daniell for the hints, if that's the only issue - it's easy to fix. I even fixed the name because suddenly I was gone and the work that was bought 90 times disappeared.

It likely disappeared because it was a duplicate. Since it's probably an algorithm crawling the database looking for duplicates, I doubt that it takes into account how many sales the asset has had previously.

Get well soon, Danielle. Thank you.
