• The foreground is underexposed.
• Horizon is not straight.
• The image is too soft and lacks any color.
• The sun is a white blob.
• There's not much of interest here.  No boats, no people...

Beginners should avoid shooting directly at the sun.  It's best to shoot with sun directly overhead or behind your shoulder.

Also Adobe Stock inventory has millions & millions of excellent sunsets and sunrises.  Compare yours with what's already represented.

@Nancy OShea is right with her critics. I just may add the completely painterly look that happens, when you use a phone to take pictures in complex lightning situations.

Your phone simply "optimized out" all detail in the image and created artefacts nicely visible here around that flotsam and the coastline. Examine your pictures at 100% and 200% to check for artefacts like that.
