Agradezco TU AYUDA!

Han pasado 49 desde mi primera venta (FOTO), no ha sido la única, pero en adobe stock contributor no me muestras las ventas, en pago dice "0" ( sin actividad de ventas). El formulario W-8BEN esta válido (argentina). Adobe no responde mis mensajes, que podrá ser?

Unfortunately, we won't be much help to you in this forum as we are stock contributors, like yourself.  One question though, do you have multiple Adobe ID's?  Is it possible your sales are under a different Adobe ID?

 

The best action for you is to go to the Contact Us link at the bottom of your dashboard page and message them there.

And check again. But if there are unpaid revenues, they should show, independent of the current sales.

 

If you used contributor support to contact Adobe (Need help? (Stock Contributor Support) ), you need to check your spam. Adobe contributor support uses mail to communicate.

The standard support is for customers, not contributors. That's of no help here.
