Non Compliant Image

I recently uploaded a couple of photos and got rejected saying Non- compliant . Can anyone help me with why it got rejected or with more specifics? Below are the two images.

Here is the stated reason

"Non-compliant image(s)

Your content doesn’t comply with our Terms of Use. This may be due to inappropriate or irrelevant keywords or image titles, or questionable or defamatory content. Please review our Terms carefully prior to submitting files."

If you submitted with the watermark that would have done it...

Hi Winster,

The water marks are definitely a no-go!  Would you buy an image with a water mark in it?
