I have not used any AI tool, And I don't use copied and pasted the keyword or description of any artist. This image has been created by separating all the wooden strips, which cannot be similar in Adobe. Rest all the photos are of this type and all of them have been rejected. Image size is 30x60x300 dpi. Can someone at Adobe tell me if that is the actual issue here? Comments and critiques of the image welcome.

It would help if you would give us the rejection reason. You quoted several different possible reasons.
There are presently almost 17 million images to be found in the database with the search term "wood background".
Your image must be original and stand out in the crowd if you want it to get accepted and if you want it to sell.

Without the title and keywords included with the photo it'll be tough to troubleshoot a Non Compliant rejection reason.
It could also be that Adobe is requesting a property release because they feel this is a recognizeable product. I think this would end up in the "Reminder" tab first though.
Here is more on Rejection Reasons in case it helps: Rejection Reasons

The image is missing contrast, but that is not non-compliant.
Files may also be considered noncompliant due to watermarks, inappropriate or irrelevant keywords or titles, or questionable or defamatory content. Also, if you get a reminder to provide or resolve a problem with a release and you resubmit the file without addressing the issue, we’ll reject it as noncompliant.
As the contents is noting special, you should show us the title and the keywords.

I'm afraid I don't see much aesthetic or commercial value here.
As a customer, I would not buy this. Sorry.
