I am facing non compliant issue on my two image this is new issue i am facing..is this serious issue on my account or my account under risk?what should i do i am working on Ai content i upload png images on my portfolio please help me
If you submitted them as PNGs and not JPGs then yes. That could very well be the issues. PNGs must have transparent backgrounds.
Could it be an issue that I didn't remove the background of these pictures?
By @muhammad_7751
You have a fake transparent background. That is misleading. And as it is a chequerboard background, it's not a white background. That's a misleading title claim. And as the chequerboard is irregular, that is a āQuality issueā.
That is incorrect. There is actually a separate reason code "No Commercial Appeal".

Without seeing the entire text associated with the refusal (or larger versions of your assets), one possibility is that Adobe doesn't consider it to have commercial value. I don't see it as a reason to be concerned about your account being at risk.

Without seeing the entire text associated with the refusal...
By @daniellei4510
You really want to see the full text associated with a non-compliant refusal? The header should be enough, the rest is stock text š¤. But as you asked for, I have a good collection of refusals in my account š:
Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, we found that it doesn't meet our needs so we can't accept it into our collection.
Possible reasons:
- Non compliant use of another artistās name.
- Undeclared Generative AI Content.
- Content not compliant with overall guidelines:

Of course, except that this is the first time I had seen this particular refusal, so I wasn't aware of other issues that might have been pointed out in the full text.

But you know well that this is stock text. š. And my Non-compliant refusal is seven or eight years ago...

I've never seen a non-compliant yet. It's always Quality Issues. A couple Technical Issues (not sure of the difference between the two), and one IP issue that still bewilders me to this day. A realistic image of a female clown. There is an actual "clown registry," where clowns decorate brown eggs and submit photos of them for other clowns to see, so as not to copy another's unique creation. Maybe it's got something to do with that. š

You need to sign your creations to see the non-compliant error. If the rest is OK, it will be refused as non-compliant.

Hi @muhammad_7751 ,
Most times when a contributor gets a non-compliant refusal it's after getting a refusal that the contributor resubmit without making the necessary corrections. You can also read about other reasons to receive non-compliant refusals. Your account is at risk of being deactivated after multiple non-compliant refusals.
Best wishes

This refusal means that Adobe Stock believes that those images have no commercial value and that they do not want them in the collection.

H @oleschwander ,
I'm sorry I misread the refusal notice on your screenshot. Your refusal is non-compliant and not "Not of commercial value". I removed the the error from my response that you can re-read here.
Best wishes
