Do Adobe say there is a problem with artifacts? If so, it's a problem with artifacts. It doesn't mean something else, like too much colour or the phot not fitting. Did you check carefully for artifacts at 100% and 200% zoom in Photoshop? Are you sure this photo is taken with good quality equipment, with the right settings, and is of the highest professional quality?
