Hello, could I change the title, image description and keywords and try again to add them to the stock if they were not accepted? Could this be a bad consequence for my page?

Why would you do that? There is a rejection reason, and the issues need to be addressed before resubmitting. Submitting multiple times, without addressing the issues, may be considered as spam and your account may get closed for that.

Could one of the reasons be the description of the photo, a mismatch between the description and the picture, or even the wrong keywords?

What was the refusal reason? If the title was indeed the refusal reason, you can upload again with a correct title. But normally such files get sent to the review tab and not outright refused.

Quality issues are not the titling and the keywords, but issues with the asset itself.

You should inspect your rejected images carefully to understand the quality issues for which they were rejected. If you can't find those errors, upload a few of them here and the Community members will provide their opinions. If you are able to re-edit the images to correct the quality issues, they can be resubmitted.

Thank you for your receptivity and for the practical possibility to expose yourself to my images. Here are some of the unaccepted ones:

The knuckles are misshapen in the first image. The second image is a jumble of chair legs that don't seem to match the chairs. The lamp is hung too low.

I understand, I have to make an effort to make a more detailed personal filter before I post on the stock.
Thank you very much!
