No, Adobe have TOLD you the reason already. Before we can help you need to TELL US. The reason might be something like "Technical issues" but we cannot guess, it would waste your time if we looked for the wrong problem.

IMG_7885.jpg,: It's not sharp, there is noise, it's too dark. In addition there are massively logos and company names/product names in view (that's IP refusal).
