@Jill_C is correct about the focus issue. It looks like these photos were taken with your iPhone. While it is not impossible to get stock quality photos with the camera on your phone, you will be faced with a few more challenges. The biggest challenge with camera phones is the very small sensor size. The phone's software then manipulates the photo automatically trying to compensate for the small sensor size. It is really important to view your photos at 100% magnification on a screen larger than your phone. Here is a view from your water lily photo.
You can see that the flower is not in focus, there are halos around the petals and noise and artifacts throughout the image.
