Is this AI? The hand and arm are mishapened and the elephant's eye looks a little odd. Also, it may just be an optical illusion, but it looks like the elephant is eating his trunk. Or, it's a real photograph and it LOOKS like a poorly done AI image, thus the non-compliant rejection reason, since it wouldn't have been marked as AI generated.

This is NOT AI Generated. The person is grabbing the bottle from the bottom. And elephant is sucking on it,
In this one, elephant grabbing the bottle from top and this one also was rejected. None AI generated. But you can see the scene. I can post about 50 pictures from zoomed out , to depect the scene.

There's a visible product name on the bottle lid. Perhaps there's an IP issue, and the moderator selected the wrong reason code?

Much better angle. Was this also rejected?

Was it rejected for the same reason? I agree with @ricky336, it could be a title or a keyword issue. Maybe you should show us your keywords and the title.

Hello,
For me, it's obvious that it's not AI. Non-compliant would mean there could be a keyword problem, title problem, etc.
So, look at your keywords. Did you repeat any of them, like baby elephant, elephant, baby, milk, sucking milk?

It is rare, but it's also possible the wrong rejection reason was selected as well. With the hand slightly out of focus and the noise in the photo I think it has the potential to be rejected for Quality Issues. I think your second photo has more of the main subjects in focus and has a better chance of passing with some noise reduction.
Along with @ricky336 and @Abambo recommendation, I also think keywords and titles are a good place to start looking for a Non Compliance rejection.

Hi @Vineet33596423ndza ,
Both files have color fringing and are excessively noisy. Both chromatic noise and luminance. I also believe they are slightly underexposed.
This is what I think happen. These files were initially refused for either quality issue or technical issue and you resubmit without correcting the issue, thus earning a non-compliant refusal. If not in all cases, in most cases that is how you earn non-compliant refusal. You must always make corrections to your refused files before resubmitting. You also need to remove the texts from the bottle as was previously pointed out.
Best wishes
Jacquelin

The first image is a bad camera angle. Nothing you can with that. Discard it.
Who owns the elephant?
A property release signed by the animal's legal owners is usually required before the image can be used commercially.
Also read these links:
Hope that helps.

To complement @Nancy OShea's post: if a property release would be necessary, the picture gets put in the reminder tab. If you release the asset from there, without addressing the issue(s), you get a non-compliant refusal.
