Hello, I have an account with income that has been accumulating for a few years, and I would like to withdraw the funds or convert part of it to an annual subscription. On my contributor account there is no help since I don't have any paid offer with this account. I didn't see any place to fill in the IBAN and transfer the earnings, I didn't see any place to convert the earnings into an annual subscription. In short, I have the impression that my earnings are kept by Adobe who has been making money on my photos from my Fotolia account for many years.
Can you help me ?  Thanks a lot

You need to synchronize your Fotolia account with your Adobe account. If you run into trouble contact Fotolia support on fotolia.com.

Hello,

best is to write to contributor-support@adobe.com and send us your old Fotolia login name or the email address you have used. We will help you to synchronize your account and you will get full access again to your uploads and earnings.

@Martin.Artist.Relations,

Are you an Adobe employee?

I ask because you do not have an official Adobe Staff Badge.
