Old photos without model release

I have old photos of people but I have no model release for them.Will Adobe Stock accept these photos?

Old, as in, self-evidently over 100 years old? Maybe in such a case. But maybe not.

(Actually, probably 120 years would be better). Say, pre 1900. But this is just a guess, and it might be hard to prove (since it could just be a carefully created antique effect). But maybe a photo of a really, really famous person who died before 1900.
