Hi.. I'm open new account after getting blocked since 11 July (kinda give up after no any further reply from Adobe).
So.. I have few question for new account.
1. Can I use the same payoneer account with previous account that getting blocked ?
2. I'd like to know if there are anything I should aware in case my sale have spike up in one day ? And if I see something wrong on sale then what should I do to not getting block again, like I should contact Adobe contributor support immediately to investigate ? Or anything to avoid getting block again for this reason.
Don't get me wrong, I just have 2 downloads on this new account and it kinda worry that it will end up the same situation so I can notice it earlier.
Why did your account get blocked? Was it even because of suspicious sales? If not, becareful not to make the same mistakes again. If you notice suspicious sales, do not report it, your account may get blocked even if you report it. This has happened to others. As far as your payponeer account goes, I do not know.

Get only one reply from Adobe that it because from irregular sale activities.
Before I withdraw payment I have in one day about 70 downloads spike up in various works but at the moment I didn't notice anything.
All 50 downloads are the same theme so my understanding is customer might use it together and try to clarify this with Adobe once getting blocked but still did't receive any reply.
So.. that's why I'm asking about what should I do if I notice the same thing again or anything that I can do.
Willing to do whatever, I don't want to get block again.
Seem like not much I can do.

Getting blocked for irregular sales normally let's Adobe think that you conspired with the downloader. No single person will acquire 50 or 70 assets from one single contributor. It just doesn't happen.

Not sure this 70 downloads came from.. so if I notice something like this again it might end up getting blocked.

I would advise against creating a new account. I think Adobe would view this as attempting to circumvent or game the system. Probably a counter productive strategy.

You can create a new account. no problem with that. newAdobe ID, new account. You just should not violate the terms again.

New AdobeID, new account, same art from last account. I think Adobe would spot this in time. Again I would advise against this if not just for pure ethical reasons.

My advise is based on Adobe guidance. You should just avoid whatever got you banned. I wouldn't advice, however, doing this again and again.

I would not open a new account. I respect the process and have faith in the moderators.

Whatever you want. My guidance is based on Adobe's guidance:
After getting blocked you can open a new account.
(Please don't spam the fora, you could also get blocked from the fora)

Sorry but Adobe does not advise circumventing a blocked account by opening a new account. Would love to see a link where Adobe suggest this.

Search the forum. You will find it somewhere deap in the forum threads.
It's not circumventing a blocked account. It's creating a new account after getting blocked. After getting definitly blocked the question to Adobe was, if it was allowed, creating a new account. The answer was yes.
You should not commit the same offense twice. Your account will be blocked again.

Creating a new account is unsound advice.

If you continue with fraud, whatever fraud you committed: yes. There is no way to evade the checks and balances, and one day, you will get caught. With Shutterstock, you need their authorization to open a second account. It is probable that Adobe does working on something similar.

As @RALPH_L said, why your account got blocked? You should avoid whatever got you blocked.

Since no further reply from Adobe on irregular sale activities so I just have only suspect that it because my sale have spike up before withdraw payment.
I'm trying to not let it happen but not sure what I can do on this case.
Even contact Adobe once notice something suspicious is not help.

I have already been blocked three accounts for this reason. After half a year of sales, sales will be high on a certain day, and then your account will be blocked because of abnormal sales. No matter how you contact them, they will ignore you, so Now I have given up. There are so many designers like you. Some have been doing it for many years and have produced thousands of works.

Very strange that you get unusual high sales and you did nothing do for that? I would have walked away from Adobe stock.
