Hi !
I am fully aware that the first 10 keywords in the list are the most relevant but should this order of importance be followed for the remaining words in the list or is it indifferent?
For example, for a list of 35 keywords, the first ten are the strongest and the 35th less relevant than the 11th.
This blog post seems to indicate that keyword order matters, even beyond the first 10. Note that the post is out of date with regard to titles, which ARE now searchable.

@Jill_C, interesting error on the "cheat sheet". Toward the bottom ist the statement "Titles are not searchable in Adobe Stock." This is incorrect. For instance the search "ob blue sky" returns the image with the title "Red hot air balloon ob blue sky background" where the contributor mispelled "on". "on blue sky" does not return the image.

That has been changed only recently. Formerly titles were not searchable. They just forgot to change that.
It's a blog article from 2019. It was correct atthe time of writing.
