A few things I would change - focus, bright spots dim down - and take the name off the bottom right. Not sure subject would sell as it is.

I had one similar to that rejected for excessive artifacts!

I think the sharpness of the picture should be either on the tree and the people on the bench, or on the landscape. Now only a few branches are sharply pictured and that's not enough to get accepted, I think.
