Payment account registration

Hello, I just started today in Adobe Contributor, I did not find where to register my Paypal payment account to recieve sales payments. Please help me with it and thanks a lot.

Did you complete your Tax Withholding Forms?

45 days after your first sale & when you've accrued more than $25 in royalty fees, you can request a Payout. 

At that time, you will enter your Paypal, Payoneer, or Skrill account details.
