I am new Adobestock Contributor. I withdraw last Friday, September 01, 2023. But yesterday I got a payment error. Help me to check and how to reslove it, please.
Some additional remarks:
You should check your credentials with Skrill. I do not use this service provider, but payment error means what it says. Adobe paid and the payment got refused by Skrill for some reason. I'm sorry to hear about your payment issue. If your first payment request was at least 45 days after the first file was sold and a minimum of $25.00 earnings was available, then you'll need to contact Adobe directly as @Jill_C said. We are volunteers and have no access to your account.

Yes, if the payment provider account is not able to receive the funds, they will be returned to Adobe. But it may take some time.
