I am new Adobestock Contributor. I withdraw last Friday, September 15, 2023. But I got a payment error And this balance is not added in my contributor account.

Check with Payoneer. Adobe did make the payment. Payoneer refused for some reason.

Sure, you had an error. Payoneer refused the Adobe payement. You should check with Payoneer (support), not your account.

I contacted the Payoner support team today and they checked that Payoner has no problem receiving payments from Adobe Stock and that my account is able to receive funds. However, I submitted a form to Adobe Stock but have yet to receive a response. Also adobe stock did not refund my contributor account balance.

You can't. You need to use the form: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/Contact

And you should not send multiple requests. They answer by e-mail, so watch your spam folder.

Not get any reply Yet from adobe stock form. But I am waiting fort the reply.

You need to wait! If after a week or so, there is no answer, you can relaunch this.
