I am new Adobestock Contributor. I withdraw last Friday, September 15, 2023. But today I got a payment error. Help me to check and how to reslove it, please.
You are not addressing Adobe directly in this forum. Use the "contact us" link or chat icon at the bottom of your Dashboard page to reach Adobe support.
Check first with your account (PayPal, Payoneer, Skrill) to check if they accept payments from Adobe. Some providers only accept payments from private citizens in some countries. Then contact Adobe about this.
