Hi! I requested payment 1 Oct, and now ( 15 Oct) I still have not my money on PayPal! But in my profile this payment marked as DONE. Can you help me?
Also in my adobe stock account this payment has mark DONE but I did not receive money.
By @efvbgw55676411
Done means that Adobe did send the money. PayPal may need a day or to credit the money. And for some regions, PayPal changed the conditions so that you may need to change something with PayPal to get your money credited. Check this on the PayPal site, contact PayPal support, and then contact contributor support. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

...Just to be clear - you won't encounter any such users in this forum. Adobe employees, who are the only ones that can look into your account, rarely check in on this forum.
No, as indicated above, we are fellow Contributors and have no ability to look into your account. Contact Adobe via the "contact us" link at the bottom of your Dashboard page. Use the drop-down arrow and select Payment, Taxes and Bonus Program. Then select Other and describe what the problem is.
The problem might be beyond Adobe's control.

There can be a delay of a day or two before PayPal acknowledges the transfer. Is this your first payment?

No it is not my first payment! 10 years on stocks.

You should wait at least 15 BUSINESS days to receive royalty payments.

No. I should not. 7-10 businees days only. Or show me this rule.

I'm not here to argue. Depending on where you live, payments typically take 10-15 business days to process.
Contact PayPal.

I am on stocks 10 years, and receive many payments for this time (1-2 payments from adobe every month) So I know how long 'typically' they send money. Ok? Understood? It was never 15 businees days. NEVER for 10 years. So please stop answer in my thread if you have nothing for said.

https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/payment-from-1-oct-done-but-i-did-not-... The answer to your initial question is: no, we can't help you!
But if you are a 10-year veteran (which we can't guess because our crystal ball is in maintenance mode), you know how the system works. But for the rest of the world: you will need to contact Adobe contributor support in case of such problems: Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

Contributor support answers by e-mail, so watch your spam folder. And contributor support is currently not very responsive, so allow for a week to pass before sending a second request.

Yes it is all reasoble. But it is realy missed payment... First, I thought maybe I did mistake with e-mail. But how I can check this e-mail? Adobe give me only 1) requeast date (1 Oct) 2) payment method (PayPal) 3) amount 4) status (done). So I know nothing about transaction date, transaction ID, transaction address... And I have no idea how I can know it.
Also about their support - last time they just send me this.

It is unlikely that you would have made a mistake in entering your PayPal email address because you have to entire it twice before pressing Confirm. I suspect that since Adobe considers the payment done, the issue lies with PayPal. Have you tried to contact them?

Yes I already contact with PayPal support and they said, no transaction in October. So looks like 1) adobe problem 2) my mistake with e-mail problem (doubtful)

By @efvbgw55676411
To be honest, that is also my nightmare. You can't check your e-mail, and the only thing that you can hope is to have got it right or so wrong, that PayPal sends the money back. The worst case would be to make someone else happy. There is no check with this. It's not really user-friendly, and definitely not foolproof.

Well, if they gave you that answer for a different issue, it was probably truthful and correct. There are no Adobe guys here. This forum is entirely run by contributors. And when contributors counsel to contact contributor support, that may be a good counsel.
Adobe guys can be found by contacting contributor support.

Well, at least that is good news. The money did not sink in a black hole.

It says "payment done", since October 21, but as of this time that payment has not reached PayPal
I hope you update if you already solved it
