It has been more than 14 days. I submitted my withdrawal request on 4th March and today is 18th March. Payment status is showing done. But the payment has not come to my PayPal account yet. please solve my problem.

According to the banking industry, bank transfers become available in 10 - 15 business days.  It may vary by your region and bank.

If payment status is done, Adobe has done the transfer. Allow 2 to 3 working days for your PayPal account to get credited. If it does not get credited, it may well be that PayPal refuses the payment and returns it to Adobe. That may take up to 30 days. Consult your PayPal agreement, depending on your region, you may have to conform to different terms. If you do not find a solution, check with PayPal support.
