I have submitted the payment request on May 28, 2025 via Payoneer. Since then it shows On hold.
Any Idea?

If pending, it has been 3 days. It takes 7 to 10 business day, Monday through Friday for the payment to clear.

My guess: pending and "on hold" is a translation error. And if Pending, that is a standard status until the payment has been done, when it changes to "done".

I did a google search to see if there were any answers to your question, but found nothing. You may want to contact contributor support if the hold isn't released soon.

I cannot find option to contact contributor support. The link is taking me to the global Adobe for their own products.

2 business days (Thursday & Friday) isn't enough time.
Some banks take 10-15 business days to post transferred funds to your account.
It varies by your bank & region.
