Payment past 10 days

I submitted a payout over 10 days ago on Skrill and the payment is still listed as pending. Is there any reason it would be held up?

Transfer times vary by region and banks.  Was it 10 days or 10 Business Days?

If you don't receive anything within 15 Business Days, you can contact Contributor Support.

Though Adobe's official policy is to payout in 7-10 WORKING DAYS, my experience for the last 6-12 months has been that payments are received on the 10th working day.
