Without the national holiday, you would be on day 9, still completly in line. Your payment will come probably next week on Monday or Tuesday. There is a chance that it will be

Then as of 12 midnight in my region (US), only 9 days have passed. The 4th of July was a US holiday.

The payment clock starts the first business day after you request oayment, therefore today is only business day 8. You'll get paid early next week. My payments occur reliably on business day 10. Be patient.
