It is 10 BUSINESS day (and the 17th really doesn't count). And today (my time being Saturday), you should see a payout early next week.

I suppose you meant 2024, not 2023?

Payment takes around ten business days. A business day is from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You should allow two to three full weeks for the payment to arrive into your account. When the status switches to “done” then the money has been sent to the agent. If there is a delay after that, you will need to check with them.

If there is an issue, the money will go back to your account. After addressing the issue, you can request a new payment.

Hi @Shafiut Tarek,

There was a pop-up when you completed the payment request. That pop-up should say within how many business days that your payment would be sent to you account. Currently Adobe is working with 10 business days which is two full weeks - two week-ends plus 10 business days or 14 days in all.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

The payment has been submitted by now. There is no need to add to this now, by repeating what has been said three times at least now, with no additional posting from the OP.

I will lock this discussion now, if the OP wants it to open again for a follow-up question, they can do so by sending a pm to my attention.
