What is the problem of payment pending since 10 days?

The first day that you requested a payout probably didn't count as one of the 10 days. If the 10 days you are referring to includes today, Friday, then you can probably expect payment as soon as Monday. I assume the 10 days you're referring to only include business days and not weekends.

Payouts occur 10 business days starting the day after you submitted the request. What day did you submit your request?
