Hi everyone, my payment request was cancelled, what does that mean?

Which provider did you ask for payment? Check with the support of them. If it is PayPal, they changed recently their terms. You will need to stdy those.

Check the terms for PayPal for your region. I can't say what changed, but probably is PayPal refusing commercial transfers from a company to user PayPal accounts. You may need a professional account or similar.
