Payment to PayPal failed — waiting for refund, need guidance

Hello,

My Contributor account shows that my payment was sent to PayPal. However, I have not received the funds. PayPal has confirmed that they cannot accept commercial payments to Ukrainian accounts, and that the payment will automatically be returned to the sender within 2–7 business days.

I am considering setting up Payoneer as an alternative payment method. Could you please clarify:

Will Adobe Stock automatically receive the refund from PayPal?

Will I be able to request a new payment via Payoneer once the funds are returned?

Is there any specific order of actions I should follow to ensure the payment is sent successfully?

Thank you very much for your guidance!

Yes the amount due will be returned to your account, but I don't know how long that will take. Then you'll be able to request payout again.

The funds will bounce back eventually. Be patient, it could take a few weeks.
