Hello Adobe Support,
I am experiencing an issue with my payment withdrawal. My first withdrawal was processed successfully, but my second payment request has been pending for more than 7 days without any update.

 

Here are my payment details:

  • Adobe ID (Email): [tahminatanni006@gmail.com]
  • First Payment Withdrawal Date: [Saturday, November 16, 2024] (Successful)
  • Second Payment Request Date: [Tuesday, January 14, 2025] (Still Pending)
  • Payment Status: Pending for over 7 days
  • Payment Method: [ Payoneer]

Could you please check and let me know why my payment is still pending? I need this issue resolved as soon as possible. Looking forward to your prompt response.
