Yes, but the important question is why do you have two contributor accounts?

Me and my brother is working on adobe stock. We both have one account. The simple question is that can I connect my Payoneer account to his contributer account or he have to make his own Payoneer account

For tax reporting and other reasons, your brother should have his own bank account, separate from yours.
