First, you are not talking to contributor support but to fellow contributors.
Second, the operation needs 7-10 business days (from Monday to Friday). So you are still in the given time frame. Indeed you are currently in your 7th day.

The status of the payout tells you where your money is. As long as the payment statement is “pending”, Adobe has not yet released the funds. As soon as Adobe changes the statement to “done”, Adobe has transferred the amount to your requested payout agent.

To be safe, I'd wait 15 business days for payment to reach your bank.
If you haven't received payment by then, contact Stock Contributor Support from your Contributor panel.
They receive many inquiries. Replies may take a while.

The status needs first to change to “done” before any action with the payment agent should be tried. At that moment, I would wait 3 business days for the amount to get credited. If the payment fails, it will appear again on your Adobe stock account, but that can take up to a full month.

At that moment, it may still take a couple of days for your account to get credited. But there is always the possibility that (in your case) Payoneer is refusing the transfer. Then, the amount will be credited back to your Adobe stock account, and you need to check why this refusal and then take appropriate action.
