Hello.
I am a contributor from Ukraine. I requested a payout to PayPal a few weeks ago.
The dashboard says "Payment done", but nothing arrived in my PayPal wallet yet.
My PayPal account is verified.
Is there a known issue with PayPal payouts to Ukraine currently?
If the payment failed, will it automatically return to my Adobe Stock balance?

WHen a payement fails then Adobe will credit your account again. Payment done means Adobe released the funds, it does not mean that PayPal has credited your account. To get an update about this payement, you need to contact the support of PayPal.
According to PayPal, an eventually refusal from their side may take up to 30 days before the refund has been done.
